yongchuanquIntroduction：Introduction to Yongchuan: Yongchuan District is located in the western part of Chongqing City. It is named after the “Sanhe Huibi in the urban area and the shape of “Yong” in the form of Yiwen”. It was established in 776 AD, built in 1992, and relocated in 2006. It is connected to Jiangjin District and Daishan County in the east, Hejiang County and Qixian County in the south, Rongchang County and Dazu District in the west, and Tongliang County in the north. Yongchuan is a regional central city in the western part of Chongqing. Since ancient times, it has been an important transportation and communication hub and a stream of people, logistics and information distribution centers in southeastern Sichuan and western Yunnan. Yongchuan is 55 kilometers away from Chongqing's main city and 280 kilometers away from Chengdu. Chengdu-Chongqing Railway, Chengyu Highway and Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway pass through the whole territory. Chongqing Sanhuan Expressway is at Yonghui Exchange, and Yongchuan East Station is about to open in 2015. Chengyu High-speed Railway is the largest station in western Yunnan. [1-2]   As of the end of 2013, the resident population of Yongchuan District was 1.068 million, of which the urban resident population was 648,700, the urban built-up area reached 74.73 square kilometers, and the urbanization degree was 61.78%. The highest degree of urbanization outside the nine districts of the main city [3] . Yongchuan District is a Chongqing Vocational Education City with 26 vocational schools [4] , 2 undergraduate colleges. Yongchuan District is the largest service outsourcing base in western China. It has the title of “Western Sound Valley” and “Chengdu Financial Backstage”. Yongchuan District “One District, Three Parks”, Gangqiao Industrial Park has become the national eco-industrial demonstration park, Fenghuang Lake Industrial Park has become the supporting base of Chongqing electronic information industry, and Sanjiao Industrial Park has become the characteristic base of Chongqing medium-light casting and forging. Yongchuan is the largest supporting base for notebook computer parts and components in Chongqing. It has been awarded the top 100 most promising areas in China's western region, the top 100 counties in China's industrial development capacity and the best investment service city in China. It was hailed by the Taiwanese media as “Kunshan in Western China” [5] . Four five-star hotels have been built in Yongchuan District, and the tourist reception capacity ranks first in the western region. Yongchuan District was awarded the title of the most happy city in 2012 [6] , selected as a national forest city[7] ; selected as a smart city in 2013[8] ; selected by the Global Times as the most competitive economy in 2014 Licheng [9] .
