jianlixianIntroduction:Brief introduction of Jianli: Jianli County is in the south-central part of Hubei Province, the southern end of Jianghan Plain and the north side of Dongting Lake are the port cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It faces the Yangtze River to the south, the north to the water, the east to the Honghu Lake, and the west to the Jiangling and Shishou. It faces Hunan Yueyang City across the river. The county government is located in Rongcheng Town, Jianli County 3,508 square kilometers, 1.55 million (2012), the largest in Jingzhou city and county. The Han nationality accounts for more than 99%. The ethnic minorities include 13 ethnic groups including Hui, Zhuang, Manchu, Tujia and Mongolian. There are more than 700 people, mostly Hui people. It was named after Soochow’s “supervising the government” and “supervising the benefits of fish and salt”. During the Three Kingdoms period, Wu analyzed Huarong to set up Jianli County, Liang Chengsheng set up Jianli County for three years (554), and Jianli County was re-established in 1276. At the beginning of the Republic of China, Jianli County belonged to Jingyi Road, and later belonged to the fourth administrative inspectorate. After 1949, Jianli County was originally a Xiangyang Special Administrative Department. In 1951, it was changed to Jingzhou Special Administrative Department. In 1994, it belonged to Jingzhou City. Jianli is the national commodity grain base and agricultural and sideline products base. In 1990, it ranked 8th in the country. Jianli has a dense river network, lakes and trees, and fertile soil. It is known as the land of fish and rice and the country of Furong. Representative historical figures are: Warring States (Wu Zikai, Shen Baoyu), Eastern Han (Hu Guang), Ming Dynasty Zhang Juzheng, Qing Dynasty (Tongzhi Taifu Wang Baixin).
